About the Author

John Whaite won the third series of The Great British Bake Off, and now runs his own cookery school, John Whaite's Kitchen. His fourth book Comfort was chosen as a Book of the Year by BBC Radio 4's Food Program. John was also a resident chef on ITV's Lorraine for two years.
